Protest Committee & Jury Briefing
Due to the current Pandemic, the procedure for filing protests is slightly different to that we are familiar with. We will ask you to use an online form available from this web page.. This does not stop you using any other method as allowed by RRS 61.2, however due to the COVID 19 situation, this will allow for suitable distancing to keep us all safe.
For competitors intending to protest; online Protest forms will be available here and should be submitted electronically. Please complete these as fully as possible including all witness details and contact information including mobile phone numbers, email addresses and sail numbers before submitting the form.
For competitors being protested; they will be allowed to submit diagrams and other supporting information in writing by email or other electronic method prior to any hearing.
Protest hearings will be scheduled and notified using the Juryboard website
In regard to the Protest Time Limit; the Protest Committee or Arbiter shall extend the Time limit if there is a good reason to do so.
